Take-home clay kits are designed for you to make something at home to be fired in our studio and returned to you later. Both firings are included in your purchase.*
 
On the take-home clay kit listing, choose how much clay you want included in your clay kit: 1 lb, 3 lbs, or 5 lbs. You can purchase more by adding multiple clay kits to your cart and choosing "no tools." Then choose whether you want all tools or clay only. Tools include: pottery sponge for smoothing and hydrating clay, flexible metal rib and wooden rib for smoothing, needle tool for carving, scoring, and cutting, wooden tool for sculpting and smoothing, two loop tools for carving, and a wire tool for cutting clay.
After purchasing your clay kit, add any underglaze paints you'll need to your cart. To add multiple colors, choose colors and add each one to your cart.
 
*Please allow up to eight weeks from the time you drop off your work for it to be bisque fired, clear glazed, fired again, and returned to you.
 
Take-home clay kits are available for local pick up only. We will not ship clay kits.
