Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
All work is shipped via USPS. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All retail items ship within 3 days of ordering. Once your order has been shipped, I do not have control over how long it takes to get to you. Please be patient as shipping times can be longer than expected no matter the carrier. Sun Parlor Studio is not responsible in any way for lost or stolen packages or items not received due to incorrect shipping addresses inputted onto our site.
Packaging Materials
All products are shipped using sustainable materials when possible, such as biodegradable packing peanuts, recycled paper, and cardboard boxes.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are packaged carefully, however, it can happen that items arrive damaged. For any products that arrive damaged due to shipping, I will exchange the product within 4-8 weeks of the date you received the product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please initiate the exchange/return by emailing megan@sunparlorstudio.com including pictures of the box and the breakage. Please keep the box for insurance inspection. All orders are insured. Please initiate your return/exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product. In addition, please note the following: (i) All products are handmade and therefore unique; an exchanged product might differ from the original product. (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Items that arrive without damage.

I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear on this store. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please note that as my products are completely handmade, there is some variation in size, color, and other details.
