All items are packaged carefully, however, it can happen that items arrive damaged. For any products that arrive damaged due to shipping, I will exchange the product within 4-8 weeks of the date you received the product or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. Please initiate the exchange/return by emailing megan@sunparlorstudio.com within 7 business days of receiving the product. In addition, please note the following: (i) All products are handmade and therefore unique; an exchanged product might differ from the original product. (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: Items that arrive without damage.
