Slab Building Workshop (BYOB)

Service Description

Enjoy a laid back afternoon making your own ceramic object, like a cup, bowl, tray, vase, planter, etc... The options are only limited to your imagination! Bring your own snacks, beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverage to enjoy while you work. You will learn slab building with clay and use those techniques to make anything you like. This could be a cup, bowl, vase, tray planter, altar shelf, etc. If you can't figure out what to make, we will show you a few basic options and lead you through the process step-by step. You will also have the choice to paint your work with underglaze. I will clear glaze your work for you and contact you when it is fired and ready for pick up. Please note, this class takes place in a non-climate-controlled detached garage, so dress accordingly.
