May Intro to Handbuilding Course

Service Description

Each week, you will learn to make a new functional ceramic object out of clay! In the final week you will glaze everything you made over the course of the month. Week 1: Slab building (choose between a tray, mug, or bowl) Week 2: Pinch & coil built vases Week 3: Glazing Please note, this class takes place in a non-climate-controlled detached garage, so dress accordingly. Join us for a fun and creative pottery course where you can get your hands dirty and create your own unique ceramic works! This in-person class will take place at Sun Parlor Studio in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced potter, this course is perfect for everyone. Your instructor will guide you through the process, from molding the clay to glazing. When your work is complete, it will be kiln-fired and you will be notified when it is ready for pick up.
